Babcock Davis BIPK3636 36″ x 36″, Plaster Bead Flange, Knurled Knob

The BIPK is a fire-rated insulated access door with UL and Warnock-Hersey listings for plaster wall and plaster ceiling applications. Engineered with mineral wool fiber insulation to assist in reducing heat transfer in the event of a fire and a plaster lath face flange that is concealed upon installation. Standard latching is keyed lock/knurled knob.
